Easy Beginner's Applique

Hey guys. Todays project is a quite exciting one. It's a free pattern on Applique. Fun right!? Applique is just a simple way of sewing smaller fabrics onto a larger one. The most basic applique can be as simple as adding a name or initials to something like a hand bag. But it doesn’t stop there, Applique can be used to create scenes on pillows and quilts. You can literally add any design to any fabric. The possibilities are infinite! So what are you waiting for guys, let's get sewing.

Materials needed:

  • Fun fabric for the main piece and the applique! 
  • Iron -On Adhesive  
  • Pencil
  • Applique Shape Printed Out on Regular Computer Paper
  • Paper Scissors , Fabric Scissors, Micro Scissors
  • Iron
  • Tear-Away Stabilizer
  • Straight Pins
  • Quality Coordinating Thread
