How to Make a Beret

Hey guys. If you were searching for something simple but yet fun to do during the weekend then stop the search because you just found the perfect one. This French Beret Hat is really amazing as it can be worn to complement a variety of your cute summer dresses dresses and the best part is, you can start on this project right here with our free sewing pattern.

Materials needed:

  • main fabric – 1/2 yard of wool felt
  • lining fabric – 1/2 yard of woven cotton or rayon
  • matching thread
  • scissors (or rotary cutter and a cutting mat)
  • ruler or measuring tape
  • iron and ironing board
  • sewing clips or pins
  • sewing machine
