DIY Circle Top and Skirt Set

We are enjoying ourselves this week with the making of this very stylish circle top and skirt set. It's a boomer any day and it will really look great on a luncheon date, right? The tutorial below has removed most of the stress that would have accompanied the process of making the dress, all in a bid to make sure that you can DIY! So, are you ready to go on that date in style? Haha, just kidding!

Materials needed:

  • Fabric
  • Fabric marker
  • Scissors 
  • Measuring tape
  • Pins
  • Elastic 
  • Fusing tape
