Quilted Christmas Stocking

I guess today I’m just in the mood for some Christmas crafts. Today we’re going to make some quilted Christmas stockings to place around our home and fill up with some gifts later. These are super gorgeous as they are different from basic plain stockings. You can use your leftover fabrics in making them as they would even look better with as many fabrics and colors as you can find. So friends, off we go!

Materials needed:

  • Fabric 
  • Batting - ⅓ Yard 
  • 6” Ribbon (for hanging loop)
  • Printed Stocking Template (originally from a cuffed Christmas stocking pattern)
  • Basic sewing machine
  • Thread
  • Cutting mat
  • Triangle ruler
  • Ruler
  • Rotary cutter
  • Straight pins
  • Iron and Ironing board
