Quilted Tea Cozy

Keep your tea warm for a longer period of time by making this quilted tea cozy. This will sit beautifully on your table and give you a more presentable finish. You can also use this in covering those tea pots without burning yourself from the heat. So, pick some gorgeous looking fabrics that are great for cozies and bring them to life by making this wonderful piece for your home.

Materials needed:

  • 3/4-yard of Kiyohara Upholstery Weight Solid in Pink
  • 1 craft sized Deluxe Weight cotton batting
  • 2 yards of 30-mm Cotton Twill Tape in Light Grey
  • Cotton thread 
  • A Hera Marker or other non-permanent fabric marker
  • Curved safety pins
  • Embroidery thread 
  • A Tea Cozy template
