DIY Bow Hair Tie

Bow Hair Ties are some of my favorite items to make. They are easy, cute and great to give when you are in a gift giving pinch! But mostly they would look amazing on your little girls.  This DIY Bow Hair Tie pattern which also comes with a video is a“No-brainer”. If you are familiar with this basic sewing method then you’ll have this pattern in the bag. They also come in handy on a bad hair day or when you want to wear your hair up, they’re such a quick, easy sewing project! Look amazing, no matter the day!

Materials needed:

  • cotton fabric
  • matching thread thread
  • scissors (or rotary cutter and a cutting mat)
  • a hair tie or an elastic band
  • ruler or measuring tape
  • pinking shears (optional)
  • sewing machine (this is great for both beginners and kids so kids sewing machine will do just fine, or you can even hand sew this)
