How to Sew a Maxi Skirt

Hullo friends.  Today's pattern is quite lovely. Unlike the regular skirts we are all used to, instead we are going to learn to make this super cute fabulous DIY Maxi Skirt! These are so great for summer – and the transition into cooler weather too! So you could make up one or two now and wear them into the Fall! 

Materials needed:

  • knit fabric 60″ wide
  • 1″ non roll elastic
  • sewing machine/thread
  • pins
  • scissors or a rotary cutter & mat
  • ball point needle
  • flexible tape measure
  • coordinating thread
