How to Make a Cowl Scarf

Hi Friends. We will make this cowl scarf that can also sometimes double as a hood. This is a stylish and fashionable accessory to our dressing.   • 1/4 yard Flannel fabric (or similar soft fabric)
  • 1/4 yard Sherpa fabric (or similar warm and cozy fabric)
  • Thread
  • Scissors 
  • Sewing machine
  • Sewing clips or Pins
  • Rotary cutter and mat
  • Optional: Chopstick
