Sew a Kimono Out of a Scarf

Hii guys. Looking for inspiring ideas to feed your initiative this month? Check out one of our latest DIY projects, the Kimono made from a scarf. Usually we use cotton fabrics but this time around we decided to make use of what we had. This pattern is totally cost effective with an amazing outcome. This pattern makes a nice present for your friends and family. Check out the free pattern below to get started.

Materials needed:

  • Scarf or a piece of fabric 
  • matching thread thread
  • scissors (or rotary cutter and a cutting mat)
  • ruler or measuring tape
  • iron and ironing board
