How to sew a Basic Drawstring Pouch

Hii guys, looking for something really cool to try out? Check out the Basic Drawstring Pouch. Drawstring pouches are so easy and quick to sew which make them really great DIY projects for beginners. I love sewing this drawstrings especially when packaging a gift for a work mate or a friend. They have really come in handy. Learn how to sew up this cuties by following the free sewing pattern below.

Materials needed:

  • Cotton fabric
  • 3/8″ – 1/2″ Ribbon – For drawstring
  • Sewing machine
  • Fabric scissors – these Ginghers are my favorite.
  • Bodkin – alternatively, can also use safety pins
  • Clear ruler – I have
